See Less. Feel More

Blind Acro

Blind Acro is a pioneering neurowellness practice that uses movement, blindfolds, and human connection to shift how people see the world around them.

Through workshops, corporate experiences, and keynote presentations, Chris Jeckel teaches what’s possible when we connect beyond sight.

What Is Blind Acro?

Blind Acro is a unique movement methodology created by Chicago-based teacher Chris Jeckel.

Participants use blindfolds to move in a safe and playful space, offering a fresh approach to trust.

The blindfold isn’t a gimmick. It’s a tool.

By temporarily removing visual information, participants discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.

The Science of Connection

Neurowellness Meets Movement

Modern nervous system research suggests that human beings regulate and communicate through much more than words.

Blind Acro explores these ideas through direct experience.

Participants learn how attention, breath, touch, movement, consent, and communication influence the way we feel, connect, and collaborate.

The result is a workshop experience that feels less like a lecture and more like a laboratory for trust.
